Boneless meats cooked at low temperature until a very honeyed texture is obtained. We offer them in a square format so you can make a different and more modern presentation. You can also cut them into other sizes for your most creative tapas.

Recommended preparation

Defrost the product beforehand. Heat in the oven at to 180ºC for approximately 10 minutes, previously sauced.

To go with it

You can use one of our sauces (mustard, foie, port, parmesan, romesco, pilpil, marinera, marinated garlic, barbecue and café de paris).
