What do we do?
We create solutions for professionals. We create fifth-range products and culinary bases for catering professionals in response to the current needs of the sector. From Gastrònoms’ central kitchen, cooking is done for the chefs and the necessary tools are offered to be able to apply the advantages of assemblage cooking. Our products are cooked in an artisan way, without any type of additives, colourings or preservatives, with fully natural raw materials and ultra-frozen to preserve all their organoleptic properties.

He can only be described with the word “passion” which he has had for cooking since his youth.
Everything started from his grandmother’s store, passing through El Bulli, Can Roca, Miramar… with stays in France and Madrid.
