Return of products

If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you will have a period of 24 hours to exercise your right of return, as these are fresh products.

If making a return, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Likewise, the collection costs will be borne by the customer (equivalent to the shipping amount that corresponds to the type of product purchased and the destination sent).

To make a return, the product must be in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included, if applicable. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded.
