We present a new range of Gastrònoms products. We have brought the moussaka, from the Balkans and the Middle East, to satisfy the palates of the customers who loved this dish that was popularized by Greece. Roasted eggplant sheets with olive oil interspersed with various fillings and completed with Parmesan cheese shavings.

Recommended preparation of moussakas:

For an optimal result, we recommend thawing the product. Heat it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes covered with film and sauté. Finish in the oven to give it the golden effect.

To accompany the moussakas:

In addition they are very easy to complement with some salsa, cream or broth.

You can use one of our sauces (parmesan, roasted garlic, seafood…).
