Marinated and confit meats. The very slow and gentle cooking gets a result very juicy and honeyed.
 
Recommended preparation
We recommend first heating the product with the bag to the bain-marie (optional). Then remove the product from the bag and put it in the oven at 190ºC about 20 minutes.
 
To go with
You can use one of our sauces (mustard, foie gras, porto, parmesan cheese, romesco, pil pil, seafood, roasted garlic, barbeque and café de paris).
