Boned meats slowly cooked to obtain a very soft texture. In square format offered to have the possibility to do different and modern presentations. Already cut in individual portions of 140gr. Also you can cut in other sizes to make “tapas” or other presentations.
 
Recommended preparation
Defrost the product before.
Cover with sauce before its regeneration in oven, 10 minutes at 180ºC.

You can use one of our sauces (mustard, foie gras, porto, parmesan cheese, romesco, pil pil, seafood, roasted garlic, barbeque and café de paris).
