Recommended preparation
It is not necessary to defrost previously. To obtain an ideal effect, we recommend to frying with abundant oil at 180ºC during 2 minutes approx. To finish, put it at the oven at 180ºC during 12 minutes.
 
To go with
You can use one of our sauces (mustard, foie gras, porto, parmesan cheese, romesco, pil pil, seafood, roasted garlic, barbeque and café de paris).
