Recommended preparation
It is not necessary to defrost previously. We recommend frying with oil at 180ºC during some minutes until you get it gold-coloured. To finish, put it in the oven at 180ºC during 7 minutes approx.
 
To go with
You can use one of our sauces (mustard, foie gras, porto, parmesan cheese, romesco, pil pil, seafood, roasted garlic, barbeque and café de paris).
