Off the kitchen is Gastrònoms central kitchen cooks and provides the necessary tools to apply the advantages of the kitchen assembly. Our products are cooked in a craft without any additives, coloring or preservatives, with all natural materials and deep frozen to preserve all its organoleptic properties.
We focus on quality and safety of our products offering handcrafted frozen culinary bases, no artificial colors or preservatives. Our mission is to provide the tools necessary to catering professionals to better manage their daily work: save time, stock control, optimization of the physical space of the kitchen ... and at the same time, leaving the door open to creativity .
