Carpaccio
Individual portions of 70g approx. with high quality raw materials. The square format permits to be different and make presentations as a “tapa” or an original starter.

Recommended Preparation:
Unpack the frozen product and plate it. Let it defrost on the plate and heat it in the oven for one minute (pig´s trotters) or 30secs (octopus)at 170 ºC, put it a few seconds in the salamander broiler and dress to taste.
